Delete your account
How to close your Bien-Etre (SkinIQ) account and what happens to your data when you do. The app is published by Bien-Etre Diagnostics FZCO.
Delete it from the app
This is the fastest route and needs no contact with support.
Open the app and sign in
Account deletion is only offered to a signed-in account, so that nobody else can close yours.
Go to Profile → Settings → Account
The Account section holds your sign-in details and this control.
Tap “Delete account”
You will see a summary of what is removed before anything happens.
Confirm with your password
Re-entering your password is the confirmation step — it stops a lost or stolen phone being used to delete your account.
If you cannot use the app
Email us from the address your account is registered to, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify that the request is yours before acting on it, and complete the deletion within 30 days. There is no charge, and you do not need an active subscription to ask.

Your identity
Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, profile photo and password.
Face scans and skin readings
Scan images and thumbnails are deleted from our storage and erased at our skin-analysis provider, along with the readings, SkinIQ Scores, skin age and forecasts derived from them.
Coach conversations
Your SkinIQ Coach message history and anything you attached to it.
Connected health data
Anything imported from Apple Health or Android Health Connect, and the connection itself.
Addresses and preferences
Delivery addresses, notification settings, saved payment methods and your language and country settings.
Sessions and devices
Every signed-in device is signed out immediately and push notifications stop.
Kept, and why
Held only where the law requires it, and used for nothing else.
Invoices and order records
Kept because UAE tax and accounting law requires it. They are not used for anything else.
Health records under a statutory period
Where UAE health regulation requires a laboratory record to be kept (currently up to 25 years under the ICT Health Law framework), it is held in restricted archive form for that period only.
Anonymised statistics
Aggregated figures that can no longer be linked back to you may be kept indefinitely.
Before you delete
Deletion is permanent. Your account, history and scan trajectory cannot be restored afterwards, and starting again means starting from a new baseline.
Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account — your data stays until you delete the account itself.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel that in your store settings, otherwise billing continues.
Data is removed from our active systems within 30 days of your request, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Write to [email protected] if you need confirmation once it is done.
